About
A Manchester garage door company that answers the phone
Derryfield Garage Doors is a Manchester company. We repair and install residential garage doors and openers across the city and southern New Hampshire, and we run the same way on every call: a person answers, the price is confirmed in the driveway, and the work gets done on the first trip whenever the parts allow.
Open 24 hours. Same-day service across Manchester and southern New Hampshire.

How we work
The rules we keep on every call
-
A person answers, at any hour
Not a recording, not a call center reading a script. Someone who knows garage doors picks up, asks what the door is doing, and tells you what it probably is and when a truck can be there.
-
Never a service charge or trip charge
Coming out to look at the door costs you nothing. You pay for the repair you approve and nothing else.
-
The price is confirmed before work starts
The tech looks at the door, tells you what failed and what it costs to fix, and waits for a yes. No work starts on a number you have not heard, and you can say no.
-
Both springs on every spring job
They wear at the same rate. Replacing one is a second visit waiting to happen, so we do both, every time.
-
Repair first, replace when it is honest
A worn part does not condemn a door. When a door really is done we say so, explain why, and bring the numbers for both options.
What we work on
Residential garage doors and openers
Sectional steel, wood, and composite doors from single-car to three-car. Torsion and extension springs, cables, drums, rollers, hinges, tracks, bottom brackets, seals, and sections. Chain, belt, and wall-mount openers, their gears, boards, photo eyes, remotes, and keypads. New insulated doors and new openers with battery backup.
Brands serviced: LiftMaster, Chamberlain, and more.
Where
Manchester first, then the rest of southern New Hampshire
The West Side, the North End, Hallsville, and every other Manchester neighborhood, then Bedford, Goffstown, Hooksett, Londonderry, Derry, Merrimack, Nashua, and the rest of Hillsborough County and the surrounding towns. Regular runs reach Concord, Salem, the Seacoast, Keene, and the Lakes Region.
Questions we get on the phone
About Derryfield
-
Are you really open 24 hours?
Yes. The phone is answered by a person at any hour, every day. Emergency calls at night go out as fast as a truck can get there.
-
Do you charge more at night or on weekends?
The price is set by the repair, not the clock. You hear it before work starts, whatever time it is.
-
Do you work with landlords and property managers?
Yes. Units near the Millyard, downtown, and across the city. Tell us how many doors and we schedule around turnover and showings.
